Hi there,

My partner and I are TTC with the help of the lovely clomid. This is my first cycle on it and I'm wandering if it really regulates your ovulation (ie placing it exactly at 14 days of a 28 day cycle). I usually have a cycle between 32 - 40 days and ovulated anywhere from day 17 to 25 etc...

Is it likely my cycle will shorten in your experience?

Many thanks

Beccy

Mine shortened to 28 days, not sure if it's the same for everyone?

Beccy- on cycle 3 or 4, can't remember. Cycles used to be anything up to 122 days. Still around 40-45 days long, so don't think really helped.

Have had mc though, so know I can get pregnant!!!

Thanks for your responses... I stupidly missed the other clomid thread so I'll jump into that one now... But I just wanted to say that after my scan this morning the doctor told me that clomid does usually make you ovulate a bit later than if you had a completely regular cycle (ie at about day 16 or 17) :-D
