I've have a little boy who is 17 months and we have been trying for baby number two for a year now. I got a positive test last month but sadly I have lost that at 6 weeks.
To keep my mind off things im reading up on TTC. So how often do you reckon you should have sex around ovulation? My doctor said every two days because any less and the sperm quality decreases, but googling suggests quality only decreases if ejaculating more than once a day.
Also, what method to track ovulation? I tried the temperature way before but I found it took a long time and hurt my mouth. Also, I can't take it at the same time every day as sometimes my little boy will wake at 6:15 sometimes at 7:30.
