Bleeding In pregnancy?

Hello all I'm wondering if anyone has experienced the same as what I am experiencing at the moment,
I found out on Saturday I'm pregnant I've used 4 clear blue and all say pregnant...
I've had spotting over the last few days which varied in colour, last night I started to experience period pain followed by bleeding when I wiped, today at work it got a little heavier when I wiped there was a clot but it was whitish in colour with blood on it I immediately started crying to my boss as I misscarried January last year, I've been in bed since I got back still with period pain and bleeding I also have passed a few normal clots but my bleeding isn't heavy enough to overfill pads,

I'm booked into have a scan on the 5th sept as I will be 6 weeks but I'm distraught I lost my mom in June and I'm only 24 so I can't cope with another misscarriage now,
Has anyone experienced this and had a healthy pregnancy or should I expect the worst?

If you’re having pain, significant bleeding over a period of time, and clots, then I’m really sorry but I would prepare for the worst and assume this wasn’t a viable pregnancy. Do you know when you conceived/ovulated? If you’ve not yet reached five weeks pregnant then it’s likely a chemical pregnancy.

Some spotting and bleeding can be normal and some pregnancies do continue with early bleeding but yours sounds significant enough that it’s unlikely the pregnancy is viable, it’s a bad sign that the bleeding is continuing and you’re having period pains.

Of course miracles can and do happen... but probably best to assume it hasn’t worked out and proceed as if that’s the case and treat the scan in September as just confirmation your body has cleared the products out (sorry, that sounds really cold).

I’m really sorry. Lost my mom when I was 22. Was one of the hardest things I’ve ever dealt with but I made it through and am a stronger person as a result. Hope you have support around you.

I'm 5 weeks 1 day today I contacted a midwife and the epu worked it out for me, the period pain is a mild ache and the blood seems to be slowing just bits here and there now so I'm not sure what to think, I am preparing for the worst, I just hope things are okay as it's the 2nd time we have ttc
And Thankyou
