Hi ladies
Ok so I've a fitbit with tracks my resting heart rate and I've come across lots off info on net and fitbit regarding RHR rise after ovulation, dip at implantation and then rises again. Anyone else tracking this. U can see day I got positive ov test and increase 1bpm each day after ov. I'm currently 3dpo... just find it all interesting.

I got my BFP at 10dpo

So I want to update this thread cos I know others will be searching for similarities between resting heart rate during ovulation and implantation.
From my research I suspecting my rise after ovulation and then u can see from scan I has a big dip during implantation and positive test 10dpo.
I hope this is a sticky bean and resting heart rate now increases slowly. If I see it go further now I think I may have a chemical.
Will keep the thread posted till AF due.
Fingers crossed for me please.

@TtcanotherG That's so clear isn't it! Well it definately shows that temping isn't 100% needed! Keep updating your graph on here, interesting to follow and see if I have any similarities with yours
