Anyone else struggling with ddt, get my smiley face tonight on an opK, run to hubby to find him sleep on the settee, heart sank, another month lost 😞 I know he works hard and is tired, but we seem to miss the boat every time.
I see so many ladies DDT loads, my hubby works long hours and struggles with migraines 😢
I'd just love to ddt more and have more of a chance

It can be tough when you're DDT for an actual purpose! I find it's best to do it in the run-up to ovulation, so at least there'll be some sperm knocking about up there when the egg finally drops. This means there's less stress to do it on the actual day of ov.

@Bezalelle I have tried to do that every month just doesn't seem to be working.

@HayleyD84 we have done it 3 times in 6 days. Just came off my pill though and not had withdrawal bleed yet, so no chance of being pregnant x

Our issue is more around mismatched sex drive at the moment- When I came off the progesterone only pill 4 months ago I realised how much the hormones had affected me in that my sex drive that had been virtually non-existent for 2 years came back with a vengeance. Husband is also slightly ambivalent about having a second child at this time whereas I've gone full-broody 🤦🏻‍♀️ So we aren't ending up DTD at the right time within the window each month. Doesn't help that we also frequently travel to my parents and in-laws for the weekend I'm fertile every month and there's no way we can DTD at either house... paper thin walls is all I need say!

Just wanted to share, it really does only take the once. I fell pregnant last month and we had sex once, just lucky timing! Sadly I miscarried at just over 5 weeks but wanted to say keep going, quality over quantity and all that 😁

@mummabubs the pill done the exact same to me. I can't believe how much it reduced my sex drive. My partner is exhausted at the minute but I just pounce and take charge 😂
