I'm about 10-11 DPO and about 3 ish days before period is due and I think I could be pregnant because of certain symptoms that are unusual for me for PMS and coming up to period. Such as on and off cramping (mild but I can feel them at either side), breasts hurt and seem fuller, I've been extremely exhausted for someone just going through "PMS" etc I also had a vivid dream the other night of a woman giving me several positive pregnancy tests but that's aside the point 🤣 so that day since the dream (Monday) I went to the shops and bought a Freedom pregnancy test strip and used it in the shops loos and it immediately came up with a faint second line and a dark control line. The second line has a pinkish mark to it but I'm unsure if it is a pos or a fault like the evap line or dye run? I took another test an hour or two afterwards (I know it wouldn't be as concentrated urine but I was anxious) and it came up negative or at least I thought till I pulled out the previous strip and layed them side by side and the second strip had an outline of a thick line? Sort of like. | |
but quite faint and no colour just white. So I thought maybe two evap lines? So I bought an asda pregnancy stick pack of 2. First test was faulty and not even the control line showed up so I binned it. I had work for 6 hours after that and held my pee during that so hopefully it would be concentrated enough (I sipped water throughout but only small sips just to keep hydrated) anyway I got back and tried the test but it seemed like a negative... But I opened it up (took plastic off the top) and checked the strip inside which had a pinkish faint slim line...another evap? So I have made an appointment for the doctors next Wednesday to check. Today I went back to the shops and bought another two strip tests. First one again had the slightest outline of a thicker line... But then my pee probably wasn't concentrated enough. This evening I took the last test and there's a pink slim faint line. So basically if I put all my tests side by side you can see the control lines all match up but also a running outline of the second one with the one I took first on Monday coloured fully pink. I'm gonna wait to see if my period comes on the weekend and if not I will buy a clear blue and if it does come in I will cancel my appointment for the docs. I'm new so I can't upload photos yet I think? But really you could probably just see 2 of the 5 tests on camera anyway. All are visible in real life though. Has anyone had experience with the evap line at all? How possible is it for 5 tests to have an immediate evap line show up? Would love to hear thoughts
