Pregnancy symptoms with negative results

Girls I really need some help. Possibly TMI. I'm currently 3 weeks late for my period. I have been feeling sick for the last 2 weeks and being sick the last week. I am so dizzy and light headed and my sense of smell is through the roof. My nipples are so sore more sore then when I started feeding 9 months ago. I am so irritable and my emotions are all over the place. I have never put on weight in my life the only time was when I was pregnant with my two. I have rapidly put on weight on my stomach in a bump shape. All the pregnancy symptoms with numerous negative tests. I don't know what's going on with my body. The two times I was pregnant it showed up straight away. Help please I'm losing my mind here. Thank you ❤️

I'm 2 weeks late too! After a long window TTC I try hard not to attribute every twinge or hint of nausea to a possible pregnancy...! I've decided to go to the doctor today to see if they can find any reason for af going MIA!

Are you still feeding? I didn't have any period at all until I completely stopped.

Update: Doctor this morning said "you're probably pregnant, go and do another test, try and wait til tomorrow morning" obviously couldn't wait til tomorrow and went and bought one on the way home... B.F.N.

Might test again tomorrow but might save £3.10 and save it for a later date

Yes I am still feeding along side solid foods. I have had periods regularly every month since she was 4 months xx

Yeah I did another test this morning with another negative. I have such a baby bump and the symptoms so I don't understand. I feel exactly the same as I did when I was pregnant with my other two

I think I'd be going to my GP because that's all very odd and seeing what they think of it. Is it possible for humans to have phantom pregnancies like dogs can?
