Missed miscarriage

Soooo. My little boy is 18 months and before him I had a miscarriage which I know is very common for first pregnancies. I waited 2 months then tried again and along comes my little boy

We decided to try again 2 months ago to give him a sibling and I fell pregnant on my 2nd cycle. Everything was great and no sickness or anything apart from on one day but I never had any symptoms with other pregnancies. I was a bit more tired this time but prob as I have a toddler

Went for my standards 12 week scan on Tuesday just gone and baby was there but no heartbeat end they think they stopped growing at 9 weeks. I had D&C on Wednesday

We are gonna try again after 2 cycles but I'm gonna be so paranoid if I do fall preg Cos I had not symptoms of a miscarriage this time

Ps the recent miscarriage that was picked up on this week, I'm age 35 so hoping she isn't a factor. I'm a tad overweight too at 5"2 and around 11 stone 9. But I was not too much lighter when I conceived and had my son before

I didn't want to read and run, same thing happened to me in May. I didn't even know a missed miscarriage was a thing until it happened. Just sending my love and take time to look after yourself. We're TTC again, cycles a bit all over but think we're on TTC2. I'm 37 and a bit heavier than I should be 🙄 xx

This also happened to me in June, i didn't even know what a missed miscarriage was until it happened, i went for 12 week scan and no heart beat, baby stopped growing at 7 weeks. I had no symptoms either, had the operation and now this is my first time TTC (1st cycle trying) as the pregnancy was unplanned before.

Hello OP, happened to me too in July and is horrid, I totally sympathise. We found out at 8 weeks something was wrong due to an early scan, and then rescanned at 10 when they confirmed it was all over. I then had it medically managed. I’m sorry you had to find out at your 12 week scan.

I think you just need to take a deep breath when it comes to trying again, likelihood is everything will be okay. I have my fingers crossed for you. We’ve started trying straight away as my little boy is almost 3 and I’m feeling very over the hill at 35!! I know that’s a bit mad! It also took us 7 months to even fall pregnant so I think we’re in for the long haul
