Positive Ovulation test today, would it be worth meeting donor tomorrow night?

Hi,
So i got a positive ovulation test at 2pm today. But I can't meet my sperm donor till tomorrow night maybe around 7pm. Would it be still worth meeting him? or would that be too late for the sperm to meet the egg.

Best chance of success is the day or so before ovulation

Once you get a peak OPK you normally ovulate within 12-36 hours

@itwasalovelydreamwhileitlasted Yeah I have been previous months but this time he's only able to meet me tomorrow night (might be a chance to meet him a bit earlier but not by much). I don't really want to miss a month, so I wanted to know if there was still a chance after the egg is released and time for the sperm to get to it.

Yes it would still be worth it. If the egg isnt released until 24 hours later that might not be until 2pm tomorrow so it would likely still be there at 7pm. I was always told to dtd for 3 days from the day of positive opk.

Always been advised to front load it. ie before ovulation so there's a good supply of fresh siren waiting in the Fallopian tubes at ovulation.

@JK201 Thanks, I normally do that, but this month I can't due to my donor not being available to meet me until tomorrow night.
