Chemical or false positives

So I'm a compulsive tester. I can't help it. In previous healthy pregnancies Ive tested very obviously positive from cd24 (i have a 28 day cycle). I've been testing since day 17 this time, just for the hell of it, assuming ovulation was around day 12/14, something like that.
Anyway, all bfn, no surprises until we hit day 20 and there's a faint line on a FRER. Hurrah. Re-test the next morning, day 21 and it's an obvious bfn. Retest at lunchtime, again a very faint line with Clear Blue. Test again today day 22, all negative (I've done 3 across the day).

Now, I know it's still early but....my question is, could this have been an early chemical that implanted and failed almost on the same day or would it just be way too soon.

For context, I should add in previous pregnancies where I've tested pos on day 24, at 12 week scan they date me a week ahead suggesting early ovulation/early implantation so I know my body does weird stuff.

Thanks.

Ps- I'm too new a user to post photos yet so you'll have to trust me when I say they were 2 faint positives.
