Hi all I'm new on this thread and I was wondering if anyone has had any symptoms similar to mine. I'm 5dpo and on my 2nd month TTC.
Symptoms I have : cold/flu like symptoms, gassy (sorry tmi), dull aches on and off near lower abdomen shifting to my back, nausea, headaches, dizziness and just generally feeling ill.
I'm 9 days away from AF and I never get any of these symptoms before apart from painful cramps couple days before AF 🙄

Hi Amy, I'm also due AF in 9days! 4th cycle ttc for me and every month I've had 'symptoms' only to be gutted when af arrives. This month I am feeling really different, though trying not to get my hopes up! I've also been getting headaches too which I never get! Along with the dizzyness. I'm trying to be rational and think it's just down to a couple of night shifts I've done, but my heart is hoping this is the month for me! Is this your first baby? Xx

Hi nuttypea, this will be my 2nd child 🤞 but during my first pregnancy I had no symptoms until dreaded morning sickness about 6 weeks onwards but I found out around 5 weeks I was expecting. So all this is new to me, I can't help but think aswell that this could be my month too, but I'm hoping it's not all in my head, I also think support from others really help cos I thought it was just me 😂 sending baby dust to you and hopefully we both get our BFP very soon, keep me updated xxx

Yeah totally agree, I feel like a loser hopping from thread to thread, but desperate for someone to help keep me sane. I promised my partner I wouldn't make ttc a big deal, but it's on my kind 24/7.bstsrting to feel like a loon! When do you plan on testing? xx

AmyLouise · 22/08/2019 18:57

Awwh I'm exactly the same, like my partner is so relaxed about it and I'm like oh I think I have a symptom or I'm ovulating we need to bed asap before it's too late, I feel better knowing I can talk to someone else about it aswell since my partner is so relaxed 😂 I'm hoping to test the day after my missed period so about the 1/09, hoping AF stays well away, wbu hunny xxx

Sorry for the late reply @AmyLouise, on nights at the moment so was sulking and getting ready to go to work! Well I should probably wait until next weekend to test, but I know I won't. I'm terrible. A poas connoisseur 🙈
Please keep me updated, have my fingers crossed for us both!

AmyLouise · 23/08/2019 13:42

It's okai, oh I know the feeling the 2 week wait is horrible, I already know not to test early cos it won't be accurate but sometimes I can't help myself and just need to know 🙈 I'll definitely keep you posted, hopefully we both get our BFP this month 🤞 xx

Hi @AmyLouise I've had some niggling in my lower abdomen on one side, obviously jumped to excited conclusions. Have done 2 pregnancy tests since last spoke to you, both negative. I'm just hoping and praying it's just too early, but have a feeling its not my month again. Have ordered some Opks for next cycle just in case.

How's things with you? Are you still holding out for AF? x

AmyLouise · 26/08/2019 13:41

You're not out til af shows up, it possibly is a bit too early especially if you've had some pains in your lower abdomen, you never know it may still happen for you🤞crossed for you still. Im ok, I've been having some dull aches in my lower back and abdomen aswell and feeling like I'm full of a cold, don't want to get too excited but I'm hoping this month is my month, yeah I'm due af in 5 days so if it doesn't show I'll test and wait and see ☺️ xx
