Does anyone get this? Iv never experienced it before but got my mirena removed on the 12th of Aug and for the past 3 days or so iv been getting cramps and pains on my right side tummy. Today has been the worst of all and I did get a positive opk today so I'm assuming that's what it is. Just wanted to ask to see if anyone else experiences this? Should it last this long and be fairly sore? If I got my positive today, should this stop soon?? Thanks 😊

I get ovulation pains. They usually last for two or three days and can be quite intense (worse than period pains for me, but my period pains are very mild).

Thanks so much @itssquidstella
I knew about ovulation pain but having never really experienced it I didnt think it would be this painful. Like having period pain isnt bad enough...😂😂

Yes I always had it, but once I'd given birth I didn't get it again.

Oh that's interesting @georgialondon, and great for you. I never had it before and have a 2.5 year old but had the coil since then so this is my first 'real' cycle. Thanks x
