Vasectomy and Mirena

Needing some advice ladies. Have had Mirena fitted for 4 years. Have recently had sex and partner had a vasectomy 2 years ago. I have bloated belly and the regular brown spotting I get with the Mirena, nothing else. Not sure if cystitis or pregnancy? Could I get pregnant with Mirena and Vasectomy. I've been to GP and she checked Mirena was in place with threads showing?

Did you have the all clear from the vasectomy? If so the chances of pregnancy with two such effective forms of contraception are tiny. If in doubt just do a test.

Had so many tests after, some still had residue last year but finally given total all clear earlier this year! Have 'ahem' emptied lots and done around 10 samples. Now finally clear. So reckon chance remote? I thought double chances of protection.
