So my fertile day was the 15th (last week) so I think I'm 6dpo and over the last couple of days I've had mind cramping and today I've noticed one of my glands on my neck is up.
I'm sure I read somewhere that glands can show you're pregnant, but I'd never heard it before. Am I being too sensitive to everything in my body?
Sometimes I get cramps a week before I'm due on so I dont want to over think it but at the same time I'm desperate to know. I also read on another thread that theres such a thing as a chemical pregnancy which isn't a real pregnancy and I'm worried that'll happen to me.
Also how common is it to get pregnant the first cycle you try?
