Can anyone help Ttc please

Came of the pill 26th June . Came on 20th July got a positive ovulation test on the 8th/9th August so on day 20 of cycle . Now on day 32 of cycle no signs of period but also 3 neg tests . Anyone any ideas tia x

It can take a while after coming off the pill. It's maybe just too soon. You have to time DTD perfectly around your fertile period. I know you say you ovulated, but maybe this month it just wasnt meant to be. Your periods will still be trying to regulate, you have only had 1 period since coming off pill. Give it time. I came off pill earlier this year and waited until my periods became regular before TTC so I would know my dates accurately.

Hiya, it will depend how long your luteal phase is in between ovulation and your period, for instance I get my period 14 days after a positive OPK. You can also get a positive OPK without actually ovulating as it only shows the surge and that your body is trying to ovulate xx

Hi yeah I see what you mean . When I did my first response this morning it was neg but then I took the strip out of the plastic case and had a look at it in the garden in the natural light so faint I couldn’t pick it up on my camera but it was there to my eye . So really not sure . I’ll just so impatient I’m on day 32 now and no sign on af so a little confusing x

Thanks for reply . Yeah I was just confused as haven’t came on yet and normally would , but I suppose coming of pill changes you . My test was negative I think first response one this morning but then took the strip out of case and looked in the natural light in the back and could see a very faint line to faint to pick up on my iPhone camera but it was there . I’m just impatient I suppose for either my af or bfp it’s the inbetween thats annoying x

You really shouldn't take the strip out of the case. If it's a positive, you will see it in the test window. If you really are at least 14dpo and have concieved then you are very likely to have had some sort of line by now. Although I am aware of others who have had a late positive - but probably likely to ovulating later than they thought. I think you just need to wait it out unfortunately. I know how frustrating it is though having to wait. That's why I stopped taking pill a few months before we planned to TTC.

I just think the line was weird weather in the case or not but I do get what your saying . I don’t mind getting my period just wish it would hurry up so can get on with next month . I’m no enough to have 4 kids already but would like one more but either way I’m happy 😃

I know! The TWW is long enough as it is, without having to actually wait for AF to start trying again!
