TTC with fever

Hello,
So we are trying to conceive this month. Yesterday, I was 8DPO and we BD. However , I have a flu and this morning I have fever of 102. I will be ovulating in a few day. I've read a few post on how fever can increase risks in conception/ early pregnancy. Shall we stop ttc for this month?
