How soon to test after implant removal?

I got my implant removed 2 weeks ago, and for the past few days have had a sore stomach almost like cramps but no sign of AF.
I didn't get periods on the implant so have no idea when it would be due. My nipples are also very sore and (TMI) discharge has changed considerably. I took a test 3 days ago which was negative, but could I have tested too soon?

Hi, when I had my last implant removed I had my first period three weeks later on the dot!

I can’t refind the source but I read somewhere at the time that this would have been because the implant was preventing ovulation, so once it was out I ovulated a week later then got my period two weeks after that.

It might be the same for you? Fingers crossed for you that I’m wrong and you get a BFP in a few more days! Grin

@tequilasunrises ahhh that makes sense. I genuinely feel like I might be but I can't honestly pinpoint why. I'll test again next week I think!

There's no way you would be pregnant after 2 weeks.

It's more likely your body getting back into sync without the hormones. Plus possibly preparing for ovulation.
