Taking a break to get back on track.

We’ve been trying for #3 this year and been getting slowly more stressed each cycle. This month was the worst and I was so convinced that I was pregnant only for a load of BFNs and AF to rear it’s ugly head a few days late and more painful than ever.

I’ve realised that my hormones have been a bit out of whack for the last few months which happened before #2 and I managed to sort it with diet, exercise and supplements. I also want to try and ditch the stress and relax and have fun more with DP as TTC has taken over any child free time recently. So we are taking a break from TTC while my cycles get back on track and we get our mojo back.

Anyone in the same boat and want to join me?

My plan is:-

  • Cut out refined sugar wherever possible.
  • Eat more vegetables and good fats in the tastiest way possible.
  • Walk, swim or dance for at least 30 minutes a day.
  • Meditate, have a relaxing pamper or read a book before bed every night and try to get more sleep.
  • Spend more time enjoying each others company and being daft and no dtd for any purpose other than because we want to.
