Ovulation cramps or AF?!

Hiya guys!

Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts... sorry a bit long.
Have been TTC #2 since last sept (off the pill) with no signs of anything. Cycles have been longer up to 51 days,, but the last few have been getting slowly shorter 46 then 44, 42, with 41 on last cycle.
Basically I'm now on CD 32 when my expected ovulation should have been between CD 28-31, and have been taking cheapy ovulation tests since CD 18 this month and have all been negative. Had positive one on CD 29/30 last month.
But since monday I have been having on and off cramps, and lower back ache, just wondering if this could be ovulation pains? Even though all Opks have been negative? But i don't really know how long i should expect them, not really noticed it before, probably because I'm paying more attention as awaiting a positive opk.

But then worried it may just be AF on it's way but then it would suddenly be a much shorter cycle and I missed ovulation before starting tests? Cant really remember when we DTD around then so may have missed out!
Anyone experienced anything similar? Xx
