I'm currently in the TWW 8 dpo and to be honest I don't think it's happened this month AF is due Monday. One of the reasons I don't think it will happen is cause we only DTD 4 days before ovulation and on the day of ovulation we are only on cycle 2 of trying so still early days. Some of our friends conceived first time trying so feeling a little down today about it all, had a few problems this month with DH feeling pressured when performing he's said next month he doesn't want to know anything and to just do it but wants me to still track with OPKs which I normally do.

Next month we are going to try pre seed and DTD every other day during my fertile time and maybe a few days in a row when I get a positive OPK would this be enough?

Also my DH doesn't feel as much pressure when I'm on top but I'm worried this will affect our chances? Or does position not matter? Thanks ladies 🙂 x

Take a look at the sperm meets egg plan. It sounds similar to what you are thinking in terms of dtd. I can't comment on position as I've not managed to catch yet. Try not to worry. Cycle 2 is still early days. Hopefully you'll get a bfp soon

@PerfectPear I've seen the sperm meets the egg plan. We were going to try it this month but things started going wrong with timings etc we started off fine.

How long have you been trying?

People say try not to stress about it and it will happen but that's easier said than done especially when people around you seen to fall pregnant at the drop of a hat!

I came off the pill in March to get my periods back to normal which have been regular since coming off it and been tracking ovulation for the past few months so doing all the correct things.

If I'm honest we probably aren't DTD enough which will change next month if unsuccessful this month x

We have been trying for 16 months now. My periods are so irregular I can't really follow any plan but I am trying to track ovulation, BBT and dtd every other day.
It is getting harder when I see people who are pregnant or hear pregnancy announcements. (The worst being someone I know who had an affair and got pregnant and is now pregnant with another straight after giving birth - obviously neither planned)

@PerfectPear I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you get your BFP soon! ❤️
