Hi I was on the pill 10 years and I came off to TTC but so far my ovaries have been fast asleep... at what point do I go see a doctor?

I'd book an appointment for 6 months after you came off contraception

Hey @LaceyLou42, I was on Microgynon for 12 years and since coming off my periods have been a bit squiffy!

I went to the doctors around 8 months after coming off and they took some blood tests and everything came back "normal" they just told me it can take a while for your body to regulate again. You could always look into herbal treatments/vitamins etc. to help, get on the google!

I've attached a pic of my cycle since stopping the pill, as you can see one lasted 151 days which was not fun!! X

I peaked on CD77... I hadn’t tested in a week as I decided I was going to forget about it and do the whole ‘let nature take its course’ thing.. got up yesterday and noticed a change in my CM so did a clear blue digital test and there was the solid smiley! Feeling nervous now!
