Ovulation confusion

I’m finding tracking my ovulation so hard. Last month I had a positive opk on day 13 of my cycle so the app told me to test two days ago. I’m having negative readings and I even started using the digital ones instead. Do I assume my cycle length has changed this month and test again later or is it possible I’m not ovulating at all?

I usually have a 33 day cycle and last month was only 28 it was my first proper period after having a D and C. Feel really confused and hoping someone has some advice. Thanks Smile

@Sweetpea12 cycles can get messed up for up to 6 months after your surgical management. I had mine on 2nd May and my cycles have been all sorts of lengths since. Maybe keep checking with cheapie opks? I had a stark white negative opk yesterday morning and today it has turned into a blazing positive. It’s the first time I’ve had one come out of nowhere as I usually have line progression.

@fallingasleeprightnow oh I didn’t even think of that because I had one normal period I was very hopeful that was me back to my usual cycle. I’ll keep trying with the cheap ones yesterday I had a complete negative and today is showing a line which I know is still negative but it’s something compared to nothing yesterday. I’ll keep trying and hopefully see a positive. Thank you so much for your reply Flowers
