Dh and I have both been taking a turmeric supplement recently.
I have read that it can affect sperm in the quantities within supplements and best to avoid but I cant seem to work out if its safe for female fertility.
Some places seem to suggest it is and others not so much but I can't find any actual evidence of either.
Does anyone else take Turmeric whilst TTC?
