Early symptoms

I'd just like to know if anyone got very early pregnancy symptoms and went on to have a pregnancy?

I'm talking about symptoms even before your missed period. I know it's rare and you usually wait till your missed period but would just like to know.

Right side pelvic pain, headache and tender breasts. Also had lots of discharge

Nausea and heightened sense of smell.

Yes, my boobs started hurting the day after DTD! I can even remember having a conversation with my then-H that same day about it as I'd said out loud "Oh my boobs are killing me!" and my H said "What? Thought that only happened when you were due on?" and I'd replied 'yes but it can happen sooner' but even in my head I was thinking 'But 2 weeks sooner?? Bit strange!' Didn't have any other early symptoms, took a test 3 days before period was due - positive.

Absolutely zero symptoms for me, even with BFP there was nothing else for a couple more weeks. In previous cycles I had loads of symptoms-wasn’t pregnant though. I’m not sure if it was body or mind playing tricks on me

I had very very sore breasts 3 days before my AF would have been due. I often got sore breasts before AF but the pain was much more intense so I just knew. Tested on day AF was due and got BFP

Urinating in the night. All three of my pregnancies.
