Help positive tests negative digital

I got my first BFP last week very faint line with 2 separate brand tests, tested again 2 days later and line is darker both used morning urine. Today I've done a digital clear blue not with morning urine and got not pregnant. I'm 5 days late. Now I'm worrying I'm actually not pregnant. I've booked my midwife appointment for next month

Clear blue digitals aren’t that reliable. Test again in a few days and use FMU.

Ok I will do, should I take it im actually pregnant with having 3 positives ? And no period?

Did the positives come up within the time given on the directions of the tests?

Also to add I've been having mild cramps like I'm pregnant (I don't get them with period untill like day 2 of bleeding) also feeling sick on and off

No I started bleeding 2 days later, got to wait 2 weeks to see if the test is positive or negative as they think it's a miscarriage xx
