Evening,
DP and myself have decided to TTC DC2, I’ve got PCOS, hairy chin, spare hair on top, extra weight, irregular cycles. Fun stuff.
I used a supplement when we were TTC before and I can’t for the life of me remember what it is, any ideas? Or recommendations?
TIA

I get the one called my ova off Amazon. Has my-insotol and a couple of other things in it.

Where do you buy it from OP? I haven't heard of this one before, did it help when you conceived DC1?

ParrotsForLife · 10/08/2019 20:59

I’ve ordered it from Natures Best online.
I don’t know if It helped last time but my cycles deffo shortened.

There is also research on CoQ10 for PCOS support. Water and fat-soluble forms of CoQ10 also absorb better.
