Hey guys,

Just looking for a little bit of advice, recently I had my implant taken out (2nd one so 6 years of it in total) during the last year or so I had regular bleeding every month so I've always tracked it just to be prepared etc. I had my implant out mid July and had a withdrawal bleed 15 days later. Does that count as a period? I've counted that as cycle day 1 so I am now currently cycle day 14 which according to my app suggests ovulation but I've started bleeding lightly. I know that likelihood is my cycles are going to take a bit of adjusting due to the change of hormones im just wondering should I count this light bleeding as cycle day 1 or is this common around the time of ovulation? Very new to all of this 🙈 sorry for rambling!

Thanks 😊

@Mistiquee

Following this if ok,

I've had my implant out this week 2nd implant but had 2nd one out after 1 year so 4 years in total .. with no periods 🤨 .. hoping my cycles get back to normal pretty quick - I was told to count first bleed as CD1 which I presume includes withdrawal bleed.

I've woke up today feeling with heavy stomach cramps and bad skin so I've got fingers crossed AF is on the way and can get on track with cycles ect

I've ended up on quite heavy so just going to call this a new cycle. Im guessing it will probably take a while for it to settle down properly but at least tracking them will help me figure it out soon enough 😊 x

How is everyone feeling/getting on?

I've felt awful since having implant removed, stomach cramps like crazy and mega sore boobs today .. praying AF is on the way so I can start tracking cycles ect

@GloriaMaximus

When did you have your implant removed?

I hate feeling like this, not a clue what's going on with my body, however I haven't had any periods for 4 years so I don't really no what to expect in terms of my body getting back to 'normal'
