Anyone felt like AF was due imminently but still got BFP?

Hello! AF is due on Friday and I have that feeling that she is on her way. You know that feeling that is actually hard to describe but always lets you know she's coming?! I am assuming I am therefore out for this month but just wondered if anyone had ever got a BFP despite feeling like she was about to appear at any minute? Thanks!

Yes 100%. Every time I’ve been pregnant I feel like period is coming more than any other month.

I have 4 dc. That was my only early pregnancy sign, so much so I didn’t test for a few days as I was sure I couldn’t be pregnant.

I was wondering the same. Af due today but has been early the past few months. Iv had cramp for about 5 days which is unusual for me but I'm literally just waiting for her to show up xx

@Doll34 I'm in the same boat OP 🙄 AF due today but no sign so far but having my usual PMS symptoms and genuinely believe she is just going to spring out of nowhere!!

Don't dare test as I think she's just late and it will be one of them, as soon as I test she will appear as if by magic 😂 sort of situations haha always happens to me

Absolutely me! When I was pregnant I was having strong period like cramps. I was a few days late and my DP was excitedly haranguing me to get a pregnancy test but I said no because my period was en route as I felt crampy (not a word but you get me). My babe is now 10 months old!

I'm due on today and got the faintest BFP this morning (I mean major squint needed to see it) but I've been feeling rather like AF is going to be coming for a few days - lower back ache...period type pains...headachy...I'm still waiting for AF to come as do t quite believe the faint line.

Yes! I'm currently 7+4 and the cycle I got pregnant I was convinced my period was coming. Even text a friend and said I was out for another month!

It's amazing how similar the symptoms seem to be, I literally had no idea so thank you for letting me know. Even if I'm out this month at least I know for future! @lornz have you re-tested today?

Yes retested today and there is more of a line (but still faint)

@lornz I can definitely see it! Congratulations to you!!! I bet you're over the moon and reassuring that it is getting darker i tested at 10 DPO and got a BFN and I haven't tested since. I usually get my period in the middle of the night so I'll see if it comes this evening. I think it will do tbh given the earlier negative test but at least I can move onto the next cycle!
