Okay so this could be completely coincidental but I've decided to try cutting out caffeine this month, as a way to help us try to conceive! We're on month 10. I only cut it out when my period ended so like 2-3 weeks ago but something else new for me this month is a ton of EWCM! I do tend to get some around ovulation but wow, sorry for TMI, but there's been a lot this month!
Has anyone experienced this after cutting out caffeine? And generally, what are peoples experiences with cutting out caffeine and the effect (or not) it had on conception... Is a larger-than-normal-amount-for-me EWCM potentially a good sign? 😁
