Hi,

Sorry for yet another pregnancy test post.

I had a miscarriage in May with my first pregnancy and I'm a bit jumpy with doing pregnancy tests again and I feel like I cant trust my eyes at the moment either way but I do feel different this month.

Does this look positive?
I plan to do another tomorrow anyway to double check.

I can also confirm that I've done multiple tests after the miscarriage which were definitely negative and had periods.

Yes I would say that's definitely positive, it doesn't look like an evap as the line as colour! Good luck tomorrow x

Similar line that I had hes now nearly 2 😊 test again in a couple of days but so far looking good

Looks like the start of a BFP to me!!! Mine looked liked that to start as well

YessicaHaircut · 05/08/2019 19:55

It looks promising OP! Maybe try using a different type of test; I didn’t get a clear positive on a strip test until I was about a week late but got a v strong positive on a FRER the day after my period was due. Good luck!

Yes definitely looks positive to me!! X

Line! 🎉

Update:

I've done a strip test and a Clearblue test today and both are negative with no hint of a second line.

Those strip tests are really difficult.
I took about 6 in one go about 10dpo and ONE showed a very faint line which honestly we thought was an evap.

I took another 4-5 later that aft and 1-2 had shadow lines but all were predominantly negative! I was feeling dreadful though so we jumped in the car and ran to boots.

2 first response tests (the ‘tell you 6 days earlier’ ones) and got a pretty clear positive within 60 seconds of taking it!
I honestly can’t recommend first response enough, there’s just no guess work. It’s either a line or it’s not! And ANY line is a positive - no worrying it’s an evap...etc.

If you’re unsure and you really want to know, splurge the £4-5 and get a first response.

It took a couple more days for clear blue to turn positive for me!

Honestly I don’t know why anyone apologises for ‘another pregnancy test post’

☺️ I love me a good pregnancy test post!

We’ve all been there OP and totally understand how it feels - 30+ opinions is alwats better than ‘oh god is it an evap line’ panic 😂

Cazzy198 · 06/08/2019 12:51

Went out and bought First response but still shows negative.

I guess I'll wait a week and try again unless my period starts which is due anyway now.

I just feel like I'm going mad, I want this badly and I'm still struggling with my emotions after the miscarriage around this time of the month

I completely understand how you feel op, I had 3 miscarriages before having our beautiful rainbow girl. Every month I was hoping for a positive test and upset when it didn't happen.
I found the digital pregnancy tests the best ones to use though they do cost a bit more.
Fingers crossed for a positive test for you! Xx

Looks positive to me. Remember it's almost impossible to get a false positive. I would wait a few days then re-take a test.
