Could I be? Baby is 3 months old !

I had a baby 3 months ago and have not had s period since.

I have done a pregnancy test and it's got the faintest line, practically not there. If I took a photo you wouldn't see it.

Could this be hormones still in my system?

I wouldn't imagine so. I had a "scare" which required an emergency dash for the morning after pill as ours was around 3/4 months and it was a definite negative.

Apparently you're very fertile after just having a baby!

If you have had sex and not used contraception then yes you could be. You are very fertile after giving birth.

If so, yes, of course you could be pregnant.

If you've had unprotected sex, yes of course you could be. You are fertile before your period returns because you need to ovulate once to trigger a period. I have a 15 month gap between my DC and never had a period between them (we were trying for another baby though).

If you don't want another baby now, get some contraception sorted.

I only did the test because I have another condition that is flaring up and I wanted to rule out pregnancy being the cause.

You can be fertile from day 21 after birth. Were you using birth control?

A digital test won't be as sensitive so there's still a chance that you are but that you're very early on.

Digital tests are least sensitive and won’t show a very faint line as positive yet. Get a FRER.
