Cycle day 61 BFN

Me and DH have been TTC for months with no success. We have now decided to go on the holiday of a lifetime in March 2020 and will stop trying for a baby until afterwards (not booked yet). Problem is I'm now on cycle day 61 with 2 BFN tests in the last few days. We obviously don't want to book our holiday until I know for sure I'm not pregnant and would still be over the moon to find out I am but this limbo is sooo frustrating!!!
What's the longest cycle lengtj anyone else has has before getting a BFP or AF? I'm irregular but I think this is the longest cycle I've ever had.

I'm just commenting waiting for the same answers as you because I'm in the same
Boat, not as long as you I am cycle date 40 tomorrow with a BFN yesterday but absolutely no sign of AF. I too am also irregular but not like this, it's confusing.

I'm in the same boat. Day 50 today

My longest ever was 157 days (I just checked my old app records for you). But I do have PCOS which is the reason why, and I am now pregnant, so there is hope. However with 2 BFNs at this stage I don't think you are pregnant this cycle!

It's so frustrating as I am at a stage now where I'm happy with our decision to wait a little longer with TTC and want to go ahead and book this holiday!! I have been tested for PCOS and don't have it although I'm not sure I agree with the doctors as I have lots of the symptoms

@SMurphy91 I'm currently 8+5. Took metformin, clomid and ovatrelle to get me pregnant!

Hi there - I've just finished af after a day 60 something cycle. Someone on here had talked about anovulatory cycles which I hadn't heard of before and I wonder if that's what happened me and may be happening for you.
Or you could still get bfp- basically you don't ovulate at all for a month and then that means your af didn't come when due. So now you could have ovulated very late and either get af or bfp, or you may not have ovulated at all and sometimes a bleed comes anyway. Wishing you all the luck!

@Alicia870 an anovulatory cycle is just one where you don't ovulate. With cycles of c. 60 days it would be very unusual to ovulate. I was tested every cycle and all my long ones were anovulatory. HTH.
