Hi I'm just wondering if anybody used the SMEP method and conceived? Also how long did it take?

We are on cycle 2 and currently in the middle of SMEP waiting for my positive OPK started DTD on cycle day 8 and been doing it every other day currently on cd 12 x

Hello @FearnRJ, we tried smep for the first time this cycle and I concieved :)

Background is ttc for 16 months, fertility referral, natural conception but missed miscarriage at 9 weeks. Cycles returned straight away ttc for another 2 cycles and no luck, smep last cycle and I'm pregnant. Hoping this one sticks 🤞
