Using Ava fertility bracelet for first time

Hi

I have recently bought an Ava fertility bracelet to help track ovulation etc. I just wanted to ask is anyone else using it after being on the contraceptive pill Microgynon?

I have just come off the pill and am a bit confused about whether I log my withdrawal bleed or not?

Any advice would be great!!

I'm using the Ava and wasn't on the pill but did have mirena. I logged my withdrawal bleed as CD1 and it seemed to work fine for me doing it that way.
