How long did you keep the urine before testing ? If the urine isn't fresh the tests may not be as reliable so I'd check again tomorrow morning with fmu.

Naomi9313 · 04/08/2019 12:12

@Malyshek they are from this morning x

Yeah but even waiting one hour could make a difference, I read.

I think I can see a line on the upper two but it's hard to tell on a picture.

cookielove · 04/08/2019 12:18

Did you pee in a pot and then use the same pee for all the tests?

JoJoSM2 · 04/08/2019 12:20

If you’ve followed the instructions and looked within the time frame specified, then you’re pregnant.

I'm sorry to hijack this thread but am desperate for a little help, I've done an early clear blue test. Period due tomorrow, this one was done first thing this morning I've repeated just now but blank. Is this an eval line? It is blue in colour but I don't know if that makes a difference

False positives?
Bebe03 · 04/08/2019 12:28

I should add I have no one else to ask as live alone and just moved so just really want a bit of help. TIA

itwasalovelydreamwhileitlasted · 04/08/2019 12:33

@Bebe03
Bit naughty to hijack the thread but yes the first one is a clear positive to me

(Does no one read instructions anymore 🤦‍♀️)

As for the second one being blank - if you haven't held your urine for the instructed 3-4 hours it is going to be lot more diluted than the one first thing this morning and so you could get a false negative test daily

itwasalovelydreamwhileitlasted · 04/08/2019 12:35

@Naomi9313
False positives are almost impossible - they are usually an evap line or a chemical pregnancy sadly

The IC cheapy and middle Boots one look positive although the boots one is a bit grey so could be an awful evap

If you shine the torch from your phone through the back of the FRER can you see a faint pink line?

Bebe03 · 04/08/2019 12:36

Oh I'm so new so this so I just got into such a panic on my own- shall I just wait and retest tomorrow or hold my urine now for four hours and test?
Thank you so much for you're reply btw, I'm a normally capable woman but this has sent me into a crumbling fool!

Naomi9313 · 04/08/2019 12:37

@Bebe03 it's absolutely fine.. that looks positive to me x

@cookielove yeah I'm a pot and used the same for all.. does it make a difference to it or not? X

I was thinking if you had used different wee for the negative tests it would explain the negative results.

I guess only time will tell!!

Naomi9313 · 04/08/2019 13:45

@cookielove no the same that's why I'm confused ha x

OP posts:
Naomi9313 · 04/08/2019 15:13

I'm going to just test again in the morning

OP posts:
Naomi9313 · 04/08/2019 17:59

@Bebe03 have you done two and one was negative? Just test again in the morning x

OP posts:
Bebe03 · 04/08/2019 18:40
