No withdrawal bleed and negative pregnancy tests

It's been 42 days since my period last started I stopped taking the brevinor birth control pill on 26th June my husband and I are trying for a second baby. Before I started the pill I had irregular cycles anytime between 3-4 weeks and on the pill it was every 3 weeks on a Friday. I keep getting negative pregnancy tests and have decided I might go to the doctors on my husband's next day off work(Wednesday or Thursday) if nothing happens. I am starting to get frustrated not knowing what is going on with myself. Is it possible I could be getting false negatives Or could something else be making my withdrawal bleed late? How long can a withdrawal bleed take to start after stopping birth control?

I should also mention I have been feeling sick. Sometimes get upset stomach or constipation in the morning. My breasts are sore and ache and I have cramps

Just sounds like normal pill withdrawal tbh. Your periods can take a long time to resume and the resulting disorder to your hormones generates a lot of "symptoms". I doubt the GP will be able to do anything for you.
