Is Spotting CD1? Or is cd1 only full flow?

Just as Title says really.

Is CD1 the day when spotting starts or does it only count as full proper af?

I count cd1 as being the first day of full flow red blood.

It can take a little while for your body to adjust after bc. I don't have any experience with the coil so cant comment much on that but I'd suggest tracking your cycles and maybe using an app or calendar to mark when you are spotting.

I have the Ovia app on the go. So hopefully will start to see some kind of regularity to it all.

Didn't use anything like this with other DC. I have opks to use as well. So fingers crossed
