Which dpo am I?

Hello

I use an app and chart my bbt and as I have irregular period and possibly a weird temp shift pattern the app says I either ovulated on cd 22 to cd 26 with cd 25 being most likely, I am either 4 dpo or 9dpo and I have no idea. Would I be daft to take a test ?

Not daft to do an IC test but even at 9dpo unlikely to get a BFP. Definitely daft to waste money on an expensive test.

It was a cheapy digital one from home bargains and it was a negative but given that i might only be 4 dpo that's to be expected
