Periods after miscarriage and TTC

I had a miscarriage in early March. Cycles started off okay but now seem to be back to my usual irregularity.

This cycle was 40 days - a couple of days of spotting, then a period for 5 days. That stopped, then had about 5 days of watery light pink bleeding on wiping. That went for a couple of days as is now back again!

Is this normal? It's not doing my emotional state any good as a) we can't really DTD when bleeding and b) I have no flipping clue if I'm even ovulating and c) I'm knicker checking every time I go to the toilet.

I thought by now, almost five months later, that we'd be back to some 'normality'.

I used OPKs last cycle but that upset me as I'd gone from a 32 and 35 day cycle as was chuffed they seemed more normal, back to ovulating on CD26 and then the guessing game of when AF would arrive.

I'm so fed up and disappointed with my body. I just want to be pregnant :(
