Low iron

I've been told today that I have low iron levels. I've had two chemical pregnancies in the last year and a lot of anovulatory cycles in between that. I also have PCOS. I've been prescribed iron supplements and wondering if anyone had experience of low iron when TTC and if the supplements made a difference?

OP I’m so sorry that you’ve experienced that.

I also have low iron (but don’t take the strong supplimemts as they make me very unwell) and was suffering from VERY irregular periods. I’m now about 5-6 weeks pregnant (praying nothing goes wrong).

I ‘technically’ conceived in my first cycle of trying - but this was actually about 2.5 months long!
