Conception after Mirena IUD

Hi all, I'm new here 🙋🏽‍♀️

I had the coil in (Mirena) for the last 7 years, I had it removed last Tuesday, during the time I had it in, I had little to no periods, so wasn't hopeful that I would have a period straight away.
I had some spotting on the day I had it removed, and then I would say I had a 4 day period.
I've downloaded a few apps to track ovulation ect. but I'm not sure if I would actually class this as a period, or could it just be because I had the coil removed.

What's everyone's experiences with conceiving after the coil?

♥️

I got pregnant immediately. As in I never even had a period. I must have conceived within days of having it removed. My GP kept telling me that was not possible, but my DS is 6 now, so it clearly is.

I had the mirena for just over a year. I had it out in the April and got pregnant in the July. Although July was probably the only time I dtd when I ovulated.i still had periods with the mirena which I tracked with the clue app
