What the fudge?

I was 8dpo yesterday and took a cheapy test. And I could see a line quite quickly but only very faint.
I took a ClearBlue (one with the blue cross) and negative.
Took a FRER this morning at 9dpo and BFN.
Have a look closely at these pics and tell me what the fudge is going on because I am 50 shades of confused right now.

9dpo is still really early. Wait another 3/4 days.
