No idea how far along I am...

I got a BFP two days ago, however, the first date of my last period was 6th May. I did tests throughout May, June and early-July which were all BFN.

My periods are always so regular and come like clockwork so I have felt confused and frustrated these last couple months.

How far along do you think I am?

Well you date pregnancy from the first day of your last period which would make you 12 weeks. Odd that you haven’t had a positive test until now if you are 12 weeks though. You need a scan to see what’s happening.

Have you continued having sex during the whole time of the negatives ? It could just be a very long cycle and late ovulation ? If you were 12 weeks, I'd expect you'd be having some other symptoms for the last 3-4 weeks like nausea, food aversions and bloating. By 12 weeks my trousers felt tight even on my first.

I'd probably say you are 4 weeks ( ie 2 weeks since conception)
