End of August bus

Hey guys decided to make an end of August bus as there is already an August bus and by the time we get to the middle of aug we will need a new one anyway and it will keep us all around the same time in our cycles.

@AmIseeingRight Today is OD i think - i'm due the 25th of August too! Planning to dtd today, tomorrow and maybe the day after and then I will be waiting :|

@Sophieb15 Thanks for the reassurance! I did an opk this morning and it was very light so def think today is OD after yesterday's peak. I think that's my problem too with trying to make it interesting - i don't want DH to feel like ttc is the only reason but also feel quite stressed if we "miss" a day. But then again if i don't feel like it i also don't want to force things...

@sophieb15 I’m trying to make sure I’m as covered as possible! It’s good that you feel ovulation- I’ll keep my eye out for twinges today. Felt nothing so far.

Another positive opk this morning- will test again later to see if LH peak has gone.

I’m off work this week, I’m spending my time cleaning up! Massive fail in the bathroom - lost grip of the shower head and now I’m bloody soaked!

I feel more relaxed this month, lots of chores this week as we’re going to finally renovate the house so have window companies ‘round the end of the week for quotes.

@flissity your comment made me laugh this morning 😆😆 good on you and OH! My mum had me at 36 so don't be downhearted 😁 there's always hope! X

@AmIseeingRight I'm way behind everyone 😅 on the last day of AF I think now, so will be starting SMEP as soon as possible! First time doing SMEP so let's see how it goes 😅

@flossy12 aww haha thanks! ☺️ it'll be a very different holiday depending on whether I get a BFP or not before we go! Including if I can go to Siam Park or not! 😱 are you going anywhere nice or have you been anywhere?

@mumofbun My O day is today too but I'm going to go by a 14 day LP so due AF 26th. I've had a 12/13 day LP last few months so If I don't get them on the 26th I know then I've a really good chance of getting a BFP on the 27th
This is the first month we are going to do 5 days in a row and its only because his shift change this week last minute I felt like OMG its meant to be this month!!!!!
It's tough like when you are really not in the mood. I'm just thinking 2 more days now and I can rest. I never have a problem either with the first week. It's the 2nd week of the 2WW I find hard because if AF is going to come I get bad PMS. Lets hope I get NO PMS symptoms this month.

So I've had a few pains to the left and lower of my hip/groin area... could this be ovulation pains? I had a negative smiley yesterday and I'm gonna test again when I get home.... husband is sleeping over at work tonight and I'm home late tomorrow so it would just be typical!

@Lauralozzle Oh that's great keep your mind off everything. Ah we will all be testing around the same time.

Thanks @Sophieb15 yes i am TTC number one. Is this your first too? It is hard to think of anything else isn't it. I feel like since January i have been surrounded since pregnancy too which makes it harder although i know that is selfish as obviously still so happy for friends
Going to wait to test until AF is due though hopefully so i don't get hopes up

Oh yes! My and sister went to Tenerife in June 😆😆 only for 4 days though as her annual leave wasn't that long

We're off to Crete in early October so my holiday could be very different to last time aswell 😅😅

OPKs have just arrived in the post for this month 😬

Not due to ovulate till around the 27th of August but I'm going to stay here lurking so I can see the happy BFPs of this month 🥰

@Sophieb15 please stop me! Last month even thought I knew there was little chance and did not even know when I Ov I still tested early and wasted money on the bloody POAS. This month bit gonna test until 14DPO.

Also My OH is so chilled about it all! Men can be so annoying he said "just don't think about it", when I said now to wait 2 weeks!!! like that's even possible

I feel so rotten today, still have the weird popping sensations, my headache has come back and I feel sick and just generally under the weather. I've ordered some frer tests from amazon, due to arrive tomorrow so I'll do a test using fmu on Wednesday, which will make me at 10dpo. I've ordered 2 packs of 2...

@MrsD0147 My 2nd but did really try for my first so didn't have all of this O testing and 2WW business. I actually find a BFN worse than AF arriving so I'm definitely gong to wait until I'm late before I test.

@flossy12 It will fly just keep busy and lots of DTD

@AmIseeingRight If you can wait until 15 DPO and you def have a good chance then of getting a BFP. Because AF can still arrive the evening of 14 DPO (the witch) Plus as well If you wait until 15 DPO we can test together hopefully if AF doesn't arrive

@november90 I have had these pains too. Like a sharp twinge I guess. About 3 days ago had one on hand side. And today had one on the left.

@flossy12 thanks , I had my 2 DD's at age 25/29 Ish which seems ages ago! They were quick to conceive. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Do you think you could forget about them and just wait for af ?

Sorry I know everyone is different but I think it's crazy just cos they are so expensive and seeing bfn is sooo much worse for me than af arriving xxx

@flissity no way! Have you done a ov test? I've only felt it a couple of times, but it was enough for me to feel a bit uncomfortable!

Yeah it's the second week that's hard for me too as every little symptom seems to be positive. I usually have a 13 day LP with spotting the day before so i should hopefully have an idea that Sunday!

That's kinda how mine feel - low towards the hip, wouldn't say groin but really in my body if that make sense? Like a deep twinge.

@Sophieb15 need to make sure me and OH really make an effort to BD this cycle, thought we were in previous ones but looking back we do well straight after AF but then not very much until towards the end of my cycle 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Last cycle found I ovulated days before my app predicted so probably being missing my OV every cycle 🥴🥴

@flossy12 defo use the opk if you ov b4 the date on app! It's sucks to miss and not know so you stress for nothing. First time using opk this month and at least I know I'm oving and rough idea of when, last month I think we missed it all together

Last month was the first time I used them before ovulation due to having some EWCM so glad I did!! Got myself 20 internet cheapies for this month and going to try test twice a day 🤞🏻

You are right @mrssunshinexxx doesnt it is the confirmation of seeing it that is just so depressing isn't it. Doesn't help that i am fairly sure my DH has no concept of biology whatsoever haha so whatever i say in the month - i.e headache, broken nail he excitedly says are you pregnant even when it is next to impossible haha!!!

Thanks everyone for your words of support. I’m taking some time to relax on holiday. I’m on CD23 and today I’ve been experiencing some cramps today but trying not to symptom spot. What will be will be! Hope everyone is well xx
