Late period , spotting but positive opk help !

So I posted the other day about this cycle so this cycle should be a average of 40 days although I can be between 35-45 day cycles and I am now on day 53
I had my last period on the 4th June and I had a positive opk on the 28th
Period due on the 14th July never turned up I took a pregnancy test on the 21st and it was negative but that same day I started spotting I have now been spotting 6 days and have been having many pregnancy symptoms and I did another pregnancy test today although admittedly wasn't first morning urine and at the same time I did another opk just see what that was doing to and it was positive I took another opk this evening and it was positive too

Any ideas on what is happening I am seeing how things go this weekend and will most likely ring the drs Monday but wanted to see if anyone else has had this

If you have a positive opk, you have an LH surge. I think that shouldn’t happen again if you have ovulated. So it could be that the first surge wasn’t enough to trigger ovulation (multiple surges are common with PCOS, I always have a small one and then have a larger one 10 days later that usually triggers ovulation). Spotting could be ovulation bleeding, although very few women get that. Alternatively, OPKs can indicate pregnancy. Cross your fingers and take another pregnancy test tomorrow morning!
