My app says I can tests on the 4th but I'm not sure my period till the 6th (I say 6th but it was actually the 8th this month but only for 2 days which is unusual for me) x

This was 5 days before I was due on.I had really early symptoms, so i must have had a speedy hcg rise.

I forgot to say I had very early symptoms for a week before I got my positive the day before my period.

Really bad nausea
Extreme tiredness
Waking up hungry every day
Hungry every few hours (really unlike me)

I got a strong positive 8 days before my period was due....

Went to the midwife for a booking in appointment and she booked me in for a scan within a few days as I was either 7 weeks or ckmjng up to 14 weeks, if I was further along than the 14 weeks i wouldnt be able to have the combined test.

I was 7 weeks at the scan, absolutely no idea how I managed to get a positive so strong so early.. it wasnt a FRER it was a generic store brand I had left in my cupboard, I only used ot because I was a POAS addict and promised myself to use the last one, see a negative and not test again until I was late. Boy was I shocked!

MissYeti · 26/07/2019 21:57

I got a positive at 12dpo on an internet cheaply test so 2 days before my period was due. From what I've seen on MN conception buses it's possible to get positives as early as 10dpo. For a definite answer with less risk of a chemical pregnancy you should wait until you're due

I've been doing tests since last month due to having symptoms always hungry, belly is bump shape (I shown early with my 2nd) but I've gained no weight. Odd days with sickness. Mild cramps when I'm not due on. But getting negatives I had my implant taken out on the 4th, then bled for 2 days on the 8th, but I always bleed for atleast 5 days normally. I just dont want to get a frer and do it to early as there expensive. I've been using the savers tests and the asda own brand and got what looked to me as very very faint last month but then when I bled for 2 days I thought oh I'm not pregnant. But the line wasn't any diffrent when I retested the 7th of this month the day before I bled.

Sorry Becky your last post doesn't make sense.

You mention implant removed, the various dates.

What month did you get the implant removed?

The "symptoms" you are feeling are possibly your body settling down to normal.

You bled for 2 days? Was that following the removal of the implant or the next month?

Becky345601 · 27/07/2019 10:28

I had my implant removed on the 4th July and then bled on the 8th July to the 10th, these symptoms started last month that's what caused me to I could possibly be pregnant and got the implant removed and not replaced (it had been in 3 years) also when I bled for 2 days the blood was only a light pink colour

Implants are good for longer than 3 years, they just recommend you remove/change them so their hormone levels don't decrease to a point where you stand a higher risk of falling pregnant.

If yoy had your implant taken out because you already suspected you were pregnant, I would have though you would have a glaringly obvious positive by now. Maybe it would be worth a trip to your gp, take the most recent positive test with you and explain your position. They may give you blood tests to verify if you are pregnant

Becky345601 · 27/07/2019 11:34

I've not actually done a test since the day it was taken out so I don't know if it's darker or not. I just wanted to know what brand people used before period is due, as if the bleed I had for 2 days was a period then I'd be due to come on on the 6tj august

MissYeti · 27/07/2019 12:21

I used the internet cheapy ones, think they're called onestep

Becky345601 · 27/07/2019 12:35

Thankyou
