If af starts in the middle of the night how do you count it? What about if it starts very late at night just as you are going to bed and you forgot to get your prescription of Clomid......

Grrr. Why is making a baby so god-damned hard???????

day one is the first day of your AF so if you start after midnight, surely it is that day ? will taking the clomid a few hours after the start make a massive difference? as long as it is the first day, is that not ok? don;t know much about it..but i.m sure if you are worried you can call GP / specialist for reassurance?

lissie · 31/07/2007 14:24

im pretty sure that af starting after 2pm is classed as the next day. ie if af arrives at 3pm sunday then CD1 will be monday dykwim?

Thanks for sharing ICOD- you know how to make a girl feel better about asking what she thought was an embarrassing question.

Thanks LIssie and Lulu-mama for your advice- it was helpful and reassuring. Think I'd know by now....

No question on here to my mind is deemed too embarrassing.

Normally as well clomid is taken between days 2 and 6 of the cycle.

flosspot · 31/07/2007 18:54

Ah, Attila, font of all knowledge. Sounds silly but just panicked about days so that I was sure I was taking Clomid right. I think I have post-mc apprehension!

Thanks.
