Sore nipples after ovulation

My ovulation day was Friday last week which me and my husband did the deed. As of today my nipples have been extremely sore, never suffered with sore nipples so unsure what's happening.

Sore/tender (and sometimes itchy!) nipples is how I know I’ve ovulated each month.

In my life time I have never known I am ovulating never had any symptoms.

I could have written that post myself OP. Except I think I ovulated on Wednesday. Ever since yesterday my nipples are really sore and burning. I'm hoping it could be a very early BFP sign as I've also never had this before

I think for me it must be caused by the increase in progesterone after ovulation. It tends to last right up until my period which is annoying!

I experienced this last month for the first time before a BFP followed by a chemical pregnancy. I'm now experiencing it again now 3dpo. I'm hoping it's a good sign and another BFP, except this time one that sticks.

Nipples felt like little sore pebbles this cycle at ovulation. I don’t always get it, but I often do.

I sometimes get it after ovulation too. Not always but I have this month. It’s annoying! Haha
