My story❤️
So we suffered a miscarriage and then we were lucky enough to get pregnant with our beautiful daughter (she is now 3 years old)
We have always wanted to be a family of four. May sound silly but that's our dream x we have started trying for baby number two. Last month I had all the symptoms of being pregnant, however AF showed up and I felt heartbroken but knew we would keep trying.
This month my boobs feel sore and I feel sick, all signs that I could be pregnant or that I could be due a period! However it's not due for another 2 weeks. Been a crap couple of months, I lost my dad to cancer just before Christmas. So been a crap year! Here's to a a few good months! Fingers crossed x ❤️

Sadly the shittiest thing I have found is that all symptoms can be a sign of both.

Take a step back and try relax. Track your period then start tracking ovulation which will give you a better idea of your body.

If your period isn't due for 2 wee it could be ovulation pains.

Thank you for responding to me. Sorry if this is a strange question. Is it best to have Sex every night? My app says I'm fertile for 1 week however ovulation is on one day in the middle!

It's better to try every other night as the sperm will not be as useful if you do it every night. Plus you'll be shattered.

Read up on SMEP (sperm meets egg plan) and it recommends from day 8

Plus sperm can live inside you for 5 days.

Look at doing opks as I don't think an app is ideal.

I have 3 apps, i input the same info and they all have different predictions.

We were having sex every day but it's got to a point where it was demanding and we didn't enjoy it. I've read up now and understand. Thank you for your help. ❤️

Just to send hugs and say I can totally relate. Had my first miscarriage last January, fell pregnant again, Dad passed away in May then I lost my 2nd baby at 14weeks in June. Hardest year of my life, we decided to have some time off for my mental health went to a cabin, had a blow out in Benidorm, wasn't trying, took a test randomly was pregnant now staring at my 10 week old beautiful daughter. I'm feeling pretty shit today. A friend of mine told me she was trying for a baby and that it would be awesome if we were pregnant together. The last few days she has been very quiet. She said she would tell me the reason soon. I think she has had a miscarriage. So I've decided to postpone trying for a baby. If something happens I get pregnant and she has lost her baby I could never forgive myself.

As much as we want another baby i just feel as though my heart isn't in it. 😢😢

Thankyou thinking of you life really can be totally shit and cruel and people dont understand unless they've experienced everything you have. It's awful. It will get easier and have some time off and look after your self I think stress had something to do with my losses to be honest. Then when I wasnt trying along came my miracle, I even bled from 7-17weeks bright red with clots and had roughly 13 scans throughout but here she is!! Lots of love. x

@xJune88 sorry I haven't replied, been a few emotional days (not sure why)
I've been very mood, twitching pains in my Breasts and a bad headache. Wood due in 3 days so who know what's going on. I never have any symptoms with my period.. so confusing. Not sure if I should test or even when I should do a test. Hope all is well? X
