Hi all

Just thought I would share my current supplement list! I’m 36 and have an irregular cycle

Folic acid
Vitamin D
Zinc
Cod Liver Oil
Selenium
High strength iron
Coenzyme q10
Inositol

Plus a good old fashioned multi vitamin! I’ve read all of the above assist in fertility health but wondered if I had missed any?

Agnus castus
Evening primrose oil

@Butters83 wow that's a lot do you take them all as separate pills???

Have a look at boots/seven seas/pregnancies they tend to have all the main ones in one tablet.

The most important is folic acid from what I've heard.

Not tried these myself but have a look at pineapple and Brazil nuts they are supposed to help with conception and implantation, worth a go?

🤞🏻 for you

I take Agnus castus and the Pregnacare conception vitamin. Been on them for the past 2 months, currently on cycle 2 of TTC

I think you might need to check your multi vitamin as I'm not sure vitamin A is recommended when ttc / in pregnancy

I take seven seas vitamin D and folic acid and 200mg of ubiquinol.

Ditto for CoQ10 or ubiquinol, and a water and fat-soluble form absorbs better.
